Casual and light, these linear fragrances allow the scent to remain intact throughout the day and are perfectly suited for layering. It smells fresh first time application, but then I smell a weird note that I couldn't recognize,perhaps yellow floral! The adjective "refreshing" also comes to mind and I can see this being a great summer scent for someone. The dry down has just a hint of the “rainy” scent profile, but it has less emphasis on petrichor and more on freshness. I love Clean Skin and wanted to try more from the line, looking for more of that surreal sweet, airy, aquatic musk. This quickly becomes a skin scent for the enjoyment of the wearer and those that they cuddle up with. I don't use a lot bc a little goes a very long way and lasts forever on me maybe bc of my body chemistry. I didn't like it at first but I tried layering it with Waterlily Tea dress from the Jo malone and zara collab it smells divine. It is overall inoffensive if you like a melon-type body spray but if you are like me and actively dislike melon or cucumber, be warned.I like to wear this on the rainy days, when I want to smell like the rain without actually running outside to get myself wet lol. definitely heavy on the melon, which might not be for everyone, but it isn't a particularly fruity or sweet scent by any means, which is exactly what i look for in perfume. I've have yet to smell a fragrance that captures this essence of uban rain, but to be fair I've only tried one other rain scent, Replica's after the rain which is a verdant, wet forest/grass rain smell.
